  • Venue

    • Where is the event taking place?

      This year’s event will be taking place at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. Looking for the address? It’s 950 Mason St, San Francisco, CA 94108.

      We will kick off Tuesday with breakfast and a keynote address at the Masonic. Just a block and a half from the Fairmont, the Masonic Center is located at 1111 California St, San Francisco, CA 94108.

    • How do I get there?

      Uber and Lyft are very easy—and relatively affordable—ways to get to, from, and around San Francisco. If you’ll be driving or taking public transportation, directions are available here.

    • Will there be parking available the Fairmont?

      Yes, but at the expense of the driver. The Fairmont San Francisco hotel garage is located on the corner of Powell and California Streets.

      -Valet parking for guests is $58 USD ($67 including tax) per night with unlimited access; rates subject to change.

      -Parking for visitors is $5 USD for every 20 minutes with a 24-hour maximum of $58 USD.

      -Parking fees are subject to a 14% city tax.

    • How do I reserve a room?

      It’s easy! Rooms are available at a discounted rate, exclusively for RampUp attendees. Just click here to start your booking—the discounted rate will already be applied if you click through our link.

    • I need to cancel or change my hotel reservation.

      Call the Fairmont directly to make any changes to your hotel reservation: (415) 772-5000. For all other information about the venue, check out our venue page.

  • Pre-Event Preparation

    • What is the appropriate attire?

      We like to think of our conference as business casual—jeans are not only acceptable, but encouraged! As for the receptions, feel free to dress up a bit more, or just wear the same outfit you wore to the conference.

  • Registration

    • Where is onsite registration?

      Onsite registration will take place in the Fairmont garden room lobby floor on Monday, and in the Masonic Foyer on Tuesday. To view a map of the Fairmont, download the RampUp app.

    • What are registration hours/when does online registration close?

      On Monday, March 6th, onsite registration opens at 11:00am in the Fairmont garden room lobby floor. Anyone is welcome to register for the pre-conference or the main conference at this time.

      On Tuesday, March 7th, onsite registration opens at 7:30am in the Masonic Foyer.

      Online registration closes Saturday, March 4th, at 11:59pm.

    • I can’t go. Can I get a refund/transfer my ticket?

      There is a link on your confirmation email that will allow you to transfer your ticket. Please update all requested fields in order for your ticket to transfer completely. We do not process refunds.

  • Preconference

    • How do I sign up for the preconference?

      You’ll be able to register for the preconference when you purchase your ticket to RampUp. You will also be able to select which track you wish to attend at that time.

    • Who is the preconference intended for?

      The preconference is limited to LiveRamp customers and partners. The tracks have been created for five audiences: brands, agencies, publishers, data owners, and platforms. For questions about which category to select, please reach out to your LiveRamp contact or email us at RampUp@LiveRamp.com.

    • What time should I arrive for the preconference?

      On the evening of Sunday, March 5th, we are hosting an exclusive preconference reception for attendees at 6pm in the Crown Room at the Fairmont Hotel. On Monday, March 6th, at 12pm, the preconference will promptly start with lunch in the Grand Ballroom of the Fairmont.

    • Can I sign up for more than one track on the preconference day?

      No. The tracks are specifically tailored for the different types of LiveRamp customers and partners: brands, agencies, data owners, technology platforms, and publishers.

  • Schedule

    • How many days is RampUp?

      RampUp itself is a one-day event. However, for select attendees, there is a pre-conference the day before. For more on the pre-conference, check out this page.

    • Where do I find the agenda?

      We will not be handing out paper copies of the agenda. Instead, check out the agenda page or download our app to access a full schedule of sessions and events.

      Search your App Store for “RampUp 2017” and download the app.

    • Are there any networking opportunities outside of the conference?

      Yes! We are hosting three receptions. For more information on those receptions, visit the agenda page. Don’t forget to download the RampUp app  it will provide real-time push notifications about must-know reception updates.

    • Will there be recordings of the sessions made available?

      Yes! We will be recording all sessions and making them available after the conference. We’ll be shooting out an email to all attendees and registrants as soon as those recordings are ready and available.

  • Sponsorships

    • I would like to sponsor RampUp 2017!

      We’d love for you to be a sponsor! Please email RampUpSponsors@LiveRamp.com for more info.

    • How do I register if I am a sponsor?

      Once you confirm your desired sponsorship by emailing RampUpSponsors@LiveRamp.com, the LiveRamp team will provide you with a log-in to your sponsorship portal. You will be able to register attendees, pay for your sponsorship, and keep track of your deliverables through that portal.
